Well there are three big NHL games coming up on Monday and it will be interesting to see how it will all pan out.

Boston Bruins vs Buffalo Sabres

Does it really matter if Vanek is back or not for this game? After all, he is just one player, and an injured one at that. Buffalo needs to find a way to play better, both offensively and defensively if they are to push this to a game seven. Depending on Miller will not work this time. They are desperate and they will play like it come Monday night. The sports betting odds are against them, but that does but that has not meant much in these playoffs. Buffalo has all the weapons it needs to win and force a game seven.

Boston will come out hard to try and wrap up the series. There is even talk that Marc Savard may be back for this game. Can anyone else see that it is way too early for him to come back? He would step into the middle of a war, right after a serious concussion. Remember what happened to Eric Lindros when he came out early after a concussion for the Flyers against the New Jersey Devils in the playoffs? Scott Stevens gave him another concussion in the same game and he was out for the rest of the season. Let us hope that the Bruins have better sense than to send this guy out to be taken apart. It will be his career on the line and Boston really needs him long term.

Despite the NHL betting odds not being in their favor, the Sabres should find a way to win. Of course, some luck being on their side would help. There have been plenty of lucky bounces in this series so that may essentially determine the outcome of this series. The Sabres played hard to win game five and game six should be no different. This one will go to seven if they can play the same way again.
